Sigma Optical (HK) Ltd (“Sigma”) will provide crossed cheque HK$1,500.00, when Sigma verify all information in your application sheet is correct and in accordance with below criteria.
To qualify for this Program, you must purchase and own Sigma dp0 Quattro, dp1 Quattro, dp2 Quattro or dp3 Quattro from Hong Kong or Macau dealers as from 1st March 2016 to 20th June 2016
- already owned Sigma SD1, SD1 Merrill, DP1 Merrill, DP2 Merrill, DP3 Merril, dp0 Quattro, dp1 Quattro, dp2 Quattro or dp3 Quattro before the purchase of new camera,
- register this Program by 30th June, 2016,
- be over eighteen years of age,
- be individual person. (The applications from business operates or alternative applicants are invalid.)
Please apply for the Program in person with the copy of your identification, and original purchase receipt as well as warranty card pasted with warranty sticker which serial number is visible and laser sticker, as well as serial number cut from the package box(sticker tear out from the package box would not be accepted).
Please also provides serial number of camera which you already purchased and owned, and sign the Agreement. Sigma will register all necessary information, copy all necessary documents and stamp on the warranty card for record.
One camera is only valid for one time, as the system will register the serial number of the product. And same serial number of one camera can be applied only for one newly purchase camera’s serial number.
Your personal information will only be shared by Sigma to customer service except when Sigma will receive the request to disclose your personal information by law, legal process and litigation. Sigma takes precautions to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse.
Eligibility of joining the schemes is subject to the Sigma's sole discretion. In case of disputes, decision of Sigma shall be final and conclusive.
Sigma reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Program without prior notice.
